Meet our newest pole instructor, Lily. Starting her pole journey at Transform Studio, she will be offering Pole/ Exotic Pole Introductory classes. She has been immersed in the art of performing since being enrolled in an entertainment agency from age 3. With a wide range of performance experience, she brings her own unique twist to pole dancing. Having roots in both Japan and the UK, her lessons will be offered in both English and Japanese.
元々トランスフォームの生徒、９月からポール入門とヒール入門をスタートします。
３歳からエンターテイメント事務所に登録してて、色んなパフォーマンス経験を重ねて、独自のスタイルでポール楽しんでます。
イギリスと日本にルーツがあって、レッスンは英語と日本語で行われます。

In this introductory class, students will learn the fundamentals of pole dance.
Absolutely no dance experience necessary!
ポールダンスに必要な全てのムーブで必要となる筋力、体幹、遠心力のかけ方、基礎を習得するクラス。
床からの逆上がりやトリックが出来たら、初級クラスへ進みましょう！

Heel Introductory

In this introductory class, students will learn the fundamentals of exotic heels.
Absolutely no dance experience necessary!
Pole Heels and knee pads recommended! (Exotic Heel Rental is available for 500 JPY.)
ポールダンス用のヒールを履いて、曲に合わせて踊るダンスクラスです。
入門クラスで習うスピンなどをベースに、ポールやフロアを用いた振付を踊ります。
ヒールの基本や準備トレーニングなども行います
