Thank you for your interest in performing at TRANSFORM NIGHT.
We are grateful for the many applications we receive each year.
In previous years, applications were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the opening date. However, we recognized that performers who had already started working with a TRANSFORM instructor on their choreography before registration opened could potentially miss out on a performance slot.
To ensure a fairer process, we have revised the application system as outlined below.

Registration may close early if all performance slots are filled.

Priority Entry Eligibility
Priority Entry is available to performers who:
• Have requested choreography from a TRANSFORM instructor, and
• Have received approval for their performance piece from that instructor.
How to Apply
Please contact the instructor from whom you would like to request choreography.
The Priority Entry application form will be provided directly by your instructor.
✨ Performers who qualify for Priority Entry will have their performance slot guaranteed once their application is submitted during the Priority Entry registration period.

Important Information
• If your choreography is created by an instructor from another studio, or if you are choreographing your own routine, please apply through General Entry.
• Choreography private lessons should generally be conducted at STUDIO TRANSFORM.
• This year, a Studio Rental Fee of ¥5,000 will be collected together with the participation fee. This fee can be used as a credit toward studio rental sessions through November 6, 2026.
• Participation fees, ticket quotas, and any related payments are non-refundable after registration.
• We will do our best to accommodate requests for either the Day Show or Evening Show; however, final performance assignments will be announced at a later date.

Performance Slots
The number of available performance slots has been increased compared to last year.
Please note that the number of performers each instructor can accommodate may vary. Please consult your instructor directly for details.
Depending on the number of Priority Entry registrations received, the number of General Entry slots may be adjusted.

Priority Entry
• Entry Fee: ¥10,000
(Includes photo and video data)
• Studio Rental Fee: ¥5,000
(Equivalent to one hour of studio rental)
• Ticket Requirement: 6 tickets
(¥6,000 per ticket plus seating charge)
Tickets will be purchased separately through the ticketing website at a later date.
For Duo and Team performances, each participant must pay the entry fee individually.

• Pole Height: 2.7m
(X-LOCK / W-LOCK)
The same pole specifications used at STUDIO TRANSFORM.
• Performers must enter and exit the stage through the backstage dressing room area.
